• Where are you based?

Peterborough, United Kingdom

• How is your art made?

My handmade piece's are drawn on Daley Rowner 250gsm Bristol Board, using a combination of fineline pens and Winsor & Newton Promarkers.

• The item I wanted is now sold, will you make another?

As my piece's are all one of a kind, handmade works of art I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to produce the same piece twice.

However, if I’m open for commissions you can request anything of your choosing (within my guide lines).

• I’ve seen another piece of art on your social media, is it for sale?

It may sometimes be the case where art I’ve made isn’t up for sale but will eventually be made available, please don’t hesitate to contact me for any enquiries!

• How do I pay?

Orders can be processed through Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards as well as echeck payments or if you don't have a Paypal account Big Cartel now accepts most card payments.

• How do you post orders?

Orders for original marker art within the UK will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery (there’s no additional charge for postage within the UK!). Print orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

I also post worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Postage outside of the UK is £6.00, please note though I’m NOT responsible for customs/duties charges, so please check with your local customs office for information on customs and duties charges.

Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges in case of listing an incorrect address.

• How long do orders take to arrive?

All UK orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 days, once dispatched orders will arrive next day before 1pm. International orders may take 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Dispatch confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed.

• Lost Packages

Due to the nature of being a one-person artist business please order at your own risk for all international orders. If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier. I am not responsible for lost packages due to Royal Mail.

• Returns & Damages

Due to the nature of artworks, returns, refunds and/or exchanges will only be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 2 days of receipt.
